Memory RAS (Reliability_Availability_Serviceability)
Configuration
Use this submenu to configure the following Memory RAS settings.
RAS Mode
Select Enable to enable RAS support to enhance reliability, availability and ser-
viceability of onboard memory modules. The options are Enable and
Disable .
Memory Rank Sparing
This item indicates if memory rank sparing is supported by the motherboard.
Memory rank sparing enhances system memory performance. The options are
Enabled and
Disabled .
Note: This item is grayed out when RAS Mode is set to Mirror.
Memory Rank Sparing
The options are One Rank, Two Rank, Three Rank, and Auto .
Note: This item is exposed when Memory Rank Sparing is set to Enabled.
Multi Rank Sparing
This feature determines how many ranks to be spared. The options are One
Rank, Two Rank, Three Ran and
Auto .
Note: This item is exposed when Memory Rank Sparing is set to Enabled.
