Warning:
Mounting the system into the rack requires at least two people to support
the chassis during installation. Follow safety recommendations printed on the rails.
Installing the Chassis onto the Rack
Installing the Chassis onto the Rack
1. Fully extend the outer rails as illustrated in Figure 2-7.
2. Align the inner rails of the chassis with the outer rails on the rack.
3. Slide the inner rails into the outer rails, keeping pressure even on both sides. Hold down
the locking lever on the inner rail to push the chassis fully onto the rack. An audible click
indicates that the chassis is secured into the rails.
