3.5 LED Indicators
LAN LEDs
The Ethernet ports (two 1GbE and/or two 10GbE) have two LEDs. On each port, one LED
indicates activity when flashing while the other LED may be green, amber or off to indicate
the speed of the connection.

IPMI-Dedicated LAN LEDs
A dedicated IPMI LAN is also included on the motherboard. The amber LED on the right of
the IPMI LAN port indicates activity, while the green LED on the left indicates the speed of
the connection. See the table below for more information.

JPTG1 is used to enable or disable the 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports.

Gigabit LAN Ports Enable/Disable
Jumpers JPL1 and JPL2 are used to enable or disable LAN ports 1 and 2, respectively. Use
JPL3 to enable or disable LAN ports 3, 4, 5, and 6. The default setting is enabled.
