4.5 LED Indicators
IPMI LAN LEDs
A dedicated IPMI LAN, located on the back panel, has two LED indicators. The amber LED
on the right of the IPMI LAN port indicates activity, while the LED on the left indicates the
speed of the connection. See the table below for more information.

BMC Heartbeat LED
LEDM1 is the BMC heartbeat LED. When the LED is blinking green, BMC is functioning
normally. See the table below for the LED status.

Onboard Power LED
The Onboard Power LED is located at LE2 on the motherboard. When this LED is on, the
system is on. Be sure to turn off the system and unplug the power cord before removing or
installing components. Refer to the table below for more information.
