System Cooling
Corresponding Nodes and Fans
The 5039MS-H12NR contains twelve individual motherboards contained in separate nodes.
Three nodes each share a common fan (see figure below). By default, there is one fan zone
for the entire system. This may be changed to two fan zones by opening jumper JP37 on the
BPN-SAS-939HS. The figure below shows the two fan zone configuration.
