The processors (CPUs) and heatsinks are installed by the manufacturer.

Memory

Memory Support

The X11SCD-F motherboard

supports up to 64GB unbuffered ECC with speeds up to

2666MHz in four DIMM slots. Populating the DIMM slots with pairs of memory modules of the
same type, speed, and size will result in interleaved memory, which improves performance.
Check the Supermicro website for possible updates to memory support.
