Air Shroud
Air shrouds concentrate airflow to maximize fan efficiency and should always be in place
when the system is operating.. The SC846BE1C air shroud does not require screws to set up.
Under most circumstances you will not need to remove the air shroud to perform service
on the system. However, if you need to temporarily remove it please follow this procedure.
Installing the Air Shroud
1. Remove power from the system as described in Section 3.1 and remove the cover as
described in Section 3.2.

Remove/place the air shroud in the chassis. The air shroud fits behind the two fans
closest to the power supply.
