To format a disk:

The operation of
Formatting Disk
allows you to perform a low-level formatting
of a hard drive by writing zeros to the entire disk. Serial ATA drives are low-level
formatted at the factory and do not need to be low-level formatted again.

Format Disk
and press

Read the warning message when it appears in the screen as shown below. To
continue with disk formatting, select
Yes
and hit
<Enter>.
Otherwise, select

:
Formatting a disk destroys all data on the drive. Be sure to back up
your data before formatting a disk.)
