Recorder Mode
Select Enabled to capture the data displayed on a terminal and send it as text messages
to a remote server. The options are
Disabled
and Enabled.
Resolution 100x31
Select Enabled for extended-terminal resolution support. The options include Disabled and
Enabled
.
Legacy OS Redirection Resolution
Options include 80x24 and
80x25
.
Putty KeyPad
This feature selects the settings for Function Keys and KeyPad used for Putty, which is
a terminal emulator designed for the Windows OS. The options include
VT100
, LINUX,
XTERMR6, SC0, ESCN and VT400.
Redirection After BIOS POST
Use this feature to enable or disable legacy Console Redirection after BIOS POST. When
set to Bootloader, legacy Console Redirection is disabled before booting the OS. When
set to Always Enable, legacy Console Redirection remains enabled when booting the OS.
The options are
Always Enable
and BootLoader.
SOL (Disabled)
Console Redirection
Port is disabled.
Legacy Console Redirection
Legacy Serial Redirection Port
Select a COM port to display redirection of legacy OS
and legacy OPROM messages.
Serial Port for Out-of-Band Management/Windows Emergency Management Services
(EMS)
Console Redirection
Select Enabled to enable console redirection support for a serial port specified by the user. The
options are
Disabled
and Enabled. If set to Enabled, the following options become available.

Out-of-Band Mgmt Port
Microsoft Windows Emergency Management Services (EMS) allows for remote management
of a Windows Server OS through a serial port. The options are
COM1
and SOL (Disabled).
