Operator entangled with power input
coupling.

unit must NOT be operated with PTO or
coupling guard removed.
Operator entangled in drive belt.
The unit is
NOT
to be operated with
cover plates removed.
Operator must always stop the unit prior
to getting off

Operator entangled in blades clearing
blockage.
Operator not to
raise or approach unit
while it is operating.
Operator must always stop the Slasher
/Mower prior to getting off.
The Tractor unit must be made inoperable
with the unit turned off, key removed
from ignition, spark plug leads removed,
etc...and PTO disengaged.
Operator struck by falling Slasher
/ Mower unit while clearing blockage.
All of the above clearing blockage,
plus:
The Slasher /Mower to be propped up
to prevent it from falling down.
Operator trapped under Slasher /
Mower unit if tractor moves while
clearing blockage.
All of the above clearing blockage,
plus:
The tractor must be turned off, parked
on level ground, in first gear with the
hand brake applied.
Operator injured changing blades.
The blades to changed by qualified
person with genuine replacement parts
in a safe manner.
Blades not to be changed in field.
