4. Features
4-1.
Run and Stop Control.
It is control by the ON/OFF switch and/or external sensor.
4-2.
Selectable Input Voltage (SW1)
Select AC230V/115V using SW1.
4-3. Selectable
NPN/PNP Sensor Input (SW2)
Select either NPN or PNP sensor using SW2.
4-4.
Selectable NC or NO Operation (SW3)
Sensor Deactivate
Activate
NO
Feeder stop
Feeder run
NC
Feeder run
Feeder stop
*In NC operation the feeder will be active when the power is turn ON.
4-5. Selectable
Frequency
(SW4)
Select either 3 kHz or 6 kHz using SW4. 3 kHz is half-wave frequency while
6 kHz is a full-wave frequency.
4-6. Adjustable
ON/OFF
Timer
ON/OFF delay timer can be processed against sensor input.
4-6-1. OFF Delay (VR1)
The off delay is used to turn the feeder off, in the adjusted time.
Example: If the off delay is set to 5sec. While the feeder is active, if the
sensor detects anything for 5sec it will turn the feeder off.
4-6-2.
ON Delay (VR2)
The on delay is used to turn the feeder on, in the adjusted time.
Example: If the on delay is set to 5sec. While the feeder is not active, if the
sensor detects nothing for 5sec it will turn the feeder on.
4-7. Adjustable
GAIN
(VR3)
Adjust GAIN potentiometer to control output voltage range to obtain
optimum performance.
4-8.
Adjustable Output Control Voltage (VR4)
Adjust the output control voltage (0-10) clockwise to increase output voltage.
4-9.
Operating Dry Contact Status Output
Shorted-circuited when feeder is active.
4-10. Indicator
Light
Turns green when feeder is active, turns red when feeder is inactive.
