Unplug Headlight Wire Harness’
before removal.
Do not tighten hardware completely unless noted.
Keep stock hardware for reuse.
1. Remove stock Bumper. See Figs. 1 - 1b.
2. Remove stock Grill Insert. See Fig. 1c.
3. Install Hoop (A) to Front Bumper (C) with M8-
1.25 x 20mm Lg. SHCS (M), M8 Flat Washers
(H), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (L);
tighten
hardware.
See Figs. 2 - 2a.
4. Install Short Grill (B) to Bumper with stock
hardware;
tighten hardware.
See Fig. 3.
5. Locate (2) mounting holes shown in Fig. 4. and
install Rear Bracket (F) to machine with M8-
1.25 x 25mm Lg. HHCS (P), M8 Flat Washers
(H), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (L). See Figs. 4
- 4a.
6. Reinstall stock Bumper with stock hardware.
7. Install Right Bracket (G) and Left Bracket (E)
to machine with 5/16” x 3/4” Lg. Self Tapping
Screws (N). See Fig. 5.
8. Install Front Bracket (D), as shown in Fig. 6,
with M8-1.25 x 30mm Lg. HHCS (K), M8 Flat
Washers (H), and M8-1.25 Nylock Nuts (L). See
Figs. 6 - 6a.
9. Install Front Bumper (C) to Front Bracket (D)
with M8-1.25 x 25mm Lg. Carriage Head Bolts
(J), M8 Flat Washers (H), and M8-1.25 Nylock
Nuts (L). See Fig. 7.
10. Align to machine and tighten all hardware.
