General Obstacles and Exclusion
Unable to detect TF card:
1. Check if TF card is inserted; 2. Check if TF card is damaged.
The recorder stops working:
1. Format the TF card; 2. Replace a new TF card.
The screen does not light on:
1. Press the POWER button to check if it is in standby; 2. Check if the device is connected
to the power.
The display is too dark:
Check the screen brightness setting and the automatic brightness time setting.
No map data:
1. Check if offline maps are downloaded; 2. Check if WIFI is connected to the internet.
Unclear video recording
: 1. Check video quality setting; 2. Clean the camera lens and car windshield.
GPS no signal:
1. Check if the vehicle is in the tunnel, underground garage; 2. Check if the GPS antenna is connected.
ADAS does not work:
1. Check if the ADAS function is turned on in assist settings; 2. Check if the GPS signal is normal.
No image when reversing:
1. Check if the DVR stops working abnormally; 2. Check if the reverse camera is connected.
ASAS cannot be calibrated:
1. Adjust lens angle; 2. Reset the focus setting.
The system running slowly:
1. Uninstall unnecessary APPS; 2. Long press
to end unnecessary processes.
