7.0 Transportability
The shower and toilet commode cannot be used as a
seat in a car.
When transporting the unoccupied wheelchair in a
vehicle, it should be tied down or strapped in.
The product can be dismantled for transport into smaller
parts. Please see the Assembly section on pages 6-7.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of damage to the product
– Transport the product in a dry area.
– Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.
8.0 Delivery
Your new shower and toilet commode is delivered in
a cardboard box. In order to avoid any damage during
transportation, loose parts or parts to be fitted, are
packed separately in the cardboard box.
Unpacking:
Check the shipping cardboard box for external damage
which may have been caused during transportation.
Remove all packaging material.
Take the Delphin carefully out of the box and check that
the delivery is complete.
Check all parts for surface damage, scratches, cracks,
dents, distortions and other defects.
NOTE:
Should you find any damage, or if any parts are
missing please let us know immediately.
The delivery contains:
- (A) Frame (left & right)
- (B) Backrest with 2 Starknobs
-
(C) 2 Front castor wheels (with fixation material)
- (D) 2 Rear wheels or (E) 2 Rear castor wheels
- (F) Footrest
- (G) Connecting bar with 2 Starknobs
- (H) Seat and seat insert
- (I) Toilet bucket
NOTE: For assembly instructions please see
Section on pages 6-7 of the manual.
Attention:
The assembly should always be done by an experienced
person / authorized dealer
