Your Guardian Pro 400 Series Rolling Walker was built to precise standards and careful-
ly inspected prior to shipment; it is warranted to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser. Guardian
guarantees, to the original consumer purchaser of the Pro 400 Series Rolling Walker,
the following:

5 Year Warranty on Frame
1 Year Unlimited Warranty on Other Durable Parts

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or
replace the device. For warranty service, please contact the dealer where the product
was purchased. If you have a question about your Pro 400 Series Rolling Walker, or
this warranty, please call us toll-free at (800) 333-4000.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or nor-
mal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components; i.e. rub-
ber accessories, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and tear replacement.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which
vary from state to state.
