Protection from high exhaust temperatures
Communication fault (Operation plate did not receive data from
the main board)
The pump heater will stop high pressure protection when there is a loss of water or shortage of water.
turn off the power.
2.3
If the water temperature is too high – you can inspect the pump heater as follows:
Whether the mixing valve is damaged
Whether the line controller works abnormally. If it is abnormally, please replace the controller
immediately.
If the water outlet temperature is too low – you can inspect the pump heater as follows
Whether the line controller works abnormally.

If the controller works abnormally, please refer to fault code or contact a professional.
2.4 When inspecting the fault protection, ensure the pump heater has stopped working.
2.5 After removing the fault, the compressor will not work for another 3 minutes. The pump heater will
start to work again. It there appears to be low or high pressure protection or exhaust temperature
protection for 3 minutes, the pump heater will stop working. After the problem has been resolved the
pump heater will work after the power has been switched back on. If there is something wrong with he
hot water sensor or defrosting sensor, the pump heater will stop working. After removing the fault, the
compressor does not work for about 3 minutes. If there is a fault with the temperature sensor the
pump heater will continue working.
