• Fasten Hinge (H) to the inside of the storage box by
hand-tightening 2x M6x15 Bolt (L), as shown.
• Repeat this step on the left side of the storage box.
Do not fully tighten any bolts until after Step 6 is complete.

• Insert 2x Barrel Nut (M) into each Panel (D). Use the
Barrel Nut Driver to align the barrel nut with the hole on
the side of the panel.
• Align the pegs on Panel (D) with the holes on the inside
of Right Arm (B), as shown.
• Hand-tighten 4x M6x60 Bolt (J); ensure the bolts thread
into the barrel nuts.
• Insert 2x Barrel Nut (M) into each Panel (D). Use the
Barrel Nut Driver to align the barrel nut with the hole on
the side of the panel.
• Align Left Arm (C) with the pegs on the storage box
panels and hand-tighten 4x M6x60 Bolt (J), ensure the
bolts thread into the barrel nuts.
• Align Lid (E) with the top of Hinge (H) and hand-
tightening 2x M6x15 Bolt (L).
• Repeat this step on the left side of the storage box lid.
