STEP: 3
Insert the Swing Rod Axle (No. 27) through the Main Frame (No. 1) then, insert 1
Wave Washer (No. 21) onto both sides of the Swing Rod Axel (No. 27) .
Attach and secure the Left and Right Handlebars (No. 4 and No. 5) onto the Swing
Rod Axel (No. 27) using 2 Bolts (No. 18) , 2 Spring Washers (No. 20) , 2 Washers
(No. 19) and 2 D Shape Washers (No. 103) .
NOTE: In order to tighten Bolt (No. 18) on both sides, use Spanner (No. 108) to secure
the left side and Spanner (No. 109) to tighten the right side, it is required that you use
both Spanners to complete this part of the assembly.
Attach
End Caps (No. 22) over Bolts (No. 18) on each side.
