USAGE INSTRUCTION

Sit on the
Stepping Rubber (No. 1)
with your back straight and put your hands on your knees.
This exercise aims to relax the hips and buttocks. (Fig. 2)

Sit in front of the machine, keep your back straight and place your feet on the

while supporting yourself with your hands at the sides. This exercise relaxes the leg

. The body should be leaned slightly forward.
