Disassemble

and pull out the
Pull
Pin (No. 27)
. Fold the
Sliding Rail (No. 2)
to
vertical angle (

SAFETY NOTE:
the
Seat

will glide down
when folding the
Sliding
Rail (No. 2).
Reinsert
Pull Pin (No. 27)
into the hole on the
Main
Frame (No. 1)
, then tighten
Knob (No. 31)
