Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Sunlab® Mini Vortex 

Mixer (SU1900). This Vortex Mixer can be used for 

shaking a wide range of different sized tubes.

Before you use the unit, please read this entire 

manual carefully to understand how to operate and 

maintain it.

Keep this manual on-hand so it can be used by all 

operators of the unit. Be sure all operators of the 

unit are given appropriate training before you put 

the unit in service.

Cautions for Usage

1.  Be sure you follow any city, county, or other 

ordinances in your area regarding the use of 

this unit.

2. 

Use only approved accessories. Do not modify 

system components. Any alterations or modifica-

tions to your instrument may be dangerous and 

will void your warranty.

3. 

Please only use the enclosed power supply 

adapter to supply the unit.

4. 

Place the unit on a level and sturdy surface to 

avoid vibration and noise.

5. 

Be mindful of liquid level to  avoid splashing 

while stirring.

6. 

A pressure of 0.8 Kg is enough to activate the 

touch „start“ mechanism. Please avoid excessive 

pressure.

7. 

Do not mix any flammable or any hazardous 

liquids.

8.  DO NOT clean the unit with any corrosive or 

flammable liquids.

Receiving and Inspections

Your satisfaction and safety require a complete 

understanding of this unit, including its proper 

functionality and operational characteristics. Make 

sure operators are given adequate training before 

attempting to put the unit in service.

Please check immediately after the delivery that the 

device is not damaged.
