Make sure that the breathing hose runs
along your back and is not twisted.

4.4 Doffing the hood

Leave the polluted area before
removing the respiratory protection inlet
covering and SR 500 PAPR fan unit.

Take off the respiratory inlet covering.

Switch off the fan.

Release the belt and remove the fan
unit.

After use, the SR 500 components must
be cleaned, inspected and prepared for
reuse (e.g. charge the batteries).
