- The operation takes place outdoors.
- There are no naked fl ames in the vicinity.
- The cylinder valve is closed
- The gas grill tap has been closed
- The regulator seal is suitable and new
- The gas tube is not under pressure or twisted and does not touch any part of the hot barbecue.
- Only pressure regulators compliant with current laws have been used on the cylinder.
Note: always make sure that there are no leaks from the connector by using soapy water on all the 
connections.

LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS

Place the gas grill on a horizontal surface or in the grooves of the Sunday® barbecues at a height 
appropriate for cooking. It is forbidden to use the barbecue in closed environments! Once it has been 
lit do not move the barbecue or leave it unattended. Keep the barbecue out of the reach of children 
and animals. Bear in mind that the hot fat from cooking may drip creating fl are-ups, in this case lower 
the fl ame. 

ATTENTION: During use, the grill gets very hot. Do not touch the fat collection tray when the 
gas grill is in operation, the cooking fat makes the tray very hot! 

 Make sure the appliance has 

cooled down completely before putting it away.

Open the control valve on the gas cylinder, press down the knob on the barbecue control panel and 
turn it in an anticlockwise direction until reaching a central position, then press the ignition button 
several times, so that it goes click. 

WARNING:

 if the burner does not light, close the knob by turning it in a clockwise direction, then 

close the gas cylinder valve. Wait fi ve minutes before trying to light the burner again.

REPLACE THE BATTERY 

Unscrew the power button, remove the battery exhausted, replace a new battery making sure the 
polarity, turn the power button. Use only battery type LR6/AA / Alkaline. Avoid release into the battery 
that feeds the ignitor, dispose in the appropriate sites.

PREHEATING

We recommend heating the barbecue for 2 minutes at minimum and then for 2 minutes at maximum.

ENERGY SAVING ADVICE

Switch off the grill as soon as cooking is complete. 
Do not preheat the barbecue for longer than instructed

problems during use if you fail to do so.

Read the instructions before using the appliance. The barbecue gets very hot during use; take 

great care in the presence of animals, children or the elderly.

Should a gas leak occur, close the cylinder valve, extinguish any naked fl ames, open the cover 

and carry out the gas leak test again. If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact your gas 
cylinder retailer.
4. 

Do not modify the appliance.

5. 

Do not move the appliance during use.

6. 

Turn off the gas supply at the gas cylinder after use.

7. Any 

modifi cation to the device may be dangerous and is forbidden.

8. 

Do not use or store infl ammable fl uids or gases in the proximity of the barbecue when it is in 

use, this appliance must be kept away from fl ammable materials during use.
