Nettoyage avant la toute première utilisation
1. Lavez l’intérieur de la verseuse et du couvercle avec un détergent
doux et de l’eau. Rincez-les à fond. Ne plongez pas la verseuse ou le
socle chauffant dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide. Ils ne sont pas
lavables au lave-vaisselle.
2. Remplissez la verseuse d’eau fraîche jusqu’à la hauteur «
MAX» du
repère de niveau d’eau. Faites alors bouillir l’eau en respectant le
mode d’emploi préconisé.
3. Quand l’eau et la bouilloire ont refroidi, videz l’eau. Rincez
l’intérieur de la verseuse à l’eau froide et répétez l’opération.

otre bouilloire électrique est alors prête à l’emploi.
Utilisation de la bouilloire à température variable
1. Cette bouilloire porte l’eau à l’ébullition ou la chauffe au degré
préchoisi entre 40 et 95˚C (par incréments de 5˚).
2. Ébullition
: Mettez l’eau voulue dans la verseuse – le niveau doit se
situer entre les repères minimum et maximum de l’indicateur.
3. Posez la verseuse sur son socle chauffant et branchez le cordon.
4. Pressez l’interrupteur MARCHE-ARRÊT
: la température «100
»
clignotera à l’afficheur. Le clignotement cessera après quelques
secondes et la bouilloire commencera à chauffer. Elle s’éteindra
automatiquement dès que l’eau bouillira puis elle bipera.
La température actuelle de l’eau sera alors affichée.
REMARQUE: La température restera affichée jusqu’à ce que vous
retiriez la verseuse du socle chauffant ou que vous l’éteigniez avec
l’interrupteur MARCHE-ARRÊT.
Réglage du variateur de température
1. V
ous pouvez régler la température désirée avec les touches d’affichage.
2. Mettez l’eau voulue dans la verseuse – le niveau doit se situer entre
les repères minimum et maximum de l’indicateur, ni plus, ni moins.
3. Posez la verseuse sur son socle chauffant et branchez le cordon.
4. Pressez l’interrupteur MARCHE-ARRÊT
: la température «100
»

ous pouvez alors régler une température
entre 40 et 95 ˚C (par incréments de 5˚) avec les touches «+
» et «-».
Vous pouvez modifier la température tant que l’affichage clignote.
5. Si vous désirez changer la température après son réglage, éteignez la
bouilloire puis remettez-la sous tension avec l’interrupteur.
6. Dès que la température choisie est atteinte, la bouilloire s’éteindra
automatiquement puis elle bipera. La température actuelle de l’eau
sera affichée.
Clean your electric kettle before first use
1. Wash the inside of the kettle and lid with mild detergent and water.
Rinse each thoroughly. Do not immerse the kettle or power base in
water or any other liquid. These items are not dishwasher safe.
2. Fill the electric kettle with fresh water to the “MAX” water level
mark on water window. Boil the water, following the directions below
for use of your kettle.
3. When the water and unit have cooled, discard the water. Rinse with
cold water and repeat.
4. Your electric kettle is now ready for use.
Using your Variable Temperature Electric Kettle
1. With this appliance you can boil water or you can heat it up to a
certain temperature between 40˚C and 95˚C (in increments of 5˚).
2. Boiling: Fill the jug with the desired amount of water, making
sure that the water level is between the minimum and maximum
indication of the level indicator.
3. Place the jug on its base and plug in the appliance.
4. Press the ON/OFF switch
: the temperature “100” flashes on the
display. After a few seconds, the indication stops flashing and the
kettle starts operating. As soon as the water boils, the appliance
automatically switches off. A beep sounds. The current temperature
of the water is displayed.
NOTE: The display of the kettle stays on until you take the kettle out
of the base or you turn it off with the ON/OFF switch.
Variable Temperature Setting
1. You can set the desired temperature with the display keys.
2. Fill the jug with the desired amount of water, making sure that the
water level is between the minimum and maximum indication of the
water level indicator.
3. Place the jug on its base and plug in the appliance.
4. Press the ON/OFF switch
: the temperature “100” flashes on the
display. You can select a temperature between 40˚C and 95˚C (in
increments of 5˚) with the “+” and “-” keys. As long as the display
flashes, you can change the temperature.
5. If the temperature is set and you wish to change it anyway, you will
have to turn off the appliance and switch it back on.
6. As soon as the desired temperature is reached, the appliance
automatically switches off. A beep sounds. The current temperature
of the water is displayed.
