Insert the remaining Stick Section (

) together by inserting the swaged end into the open bottom end. Ensure all stand-
offs are aligned.

STRAP ATTACHMENT
4.
Assemble the Cam Buckle straps next. Depress the Cam Buckle as shown in
figure 7.
Insert the free end of the Short Strap
into the buckle from underneath and run forward.
See figure 8.
When pulled tight, the finished strap should look like
figure 9.
NOTE: Double J-Hook must be oriented as shown. Repeat for all straps
