Place Boards
A, B and C
face down as shown below and screw
hinges (9)
using
screws (1);
attach
plastic clamp (12)
into boards
B and C
as shown using
screws (11).
Using
screws (1)
attach
hinges (6)
to left and right door panels

and to boards
D and F.
Insert
Cams (4)
and
Cam Bolts (3)
into Boards
A, D, E, F and G
as shown. Finally use
spear strike
(5)
and
screws (1)
to connect
Iron Caddy L
to board
C
.
Align the gap of the cam to the
hole at the edge of board, then
lightly turn left and right using
screwdriver to fit cams inside.

Insert
Cam bolt (3)
on board
D
into the
Cams (4)
on board
E and G
as shown above, turn the cams clockwise.
Insert
Cam bolt (3)
on board
F
into the
Cams (4)
on board
E and G
, turn the cams clockwise.
Use
screw (1)
to connect
Caster (7)
and
Locking Caster (8)
onto board
H
.
Use
screw (2)
to connect boards
H
with board
F and D
, make sure to align the back of board
H
with boards
F and D
.
Use
screw (1)
and spear
strike (5)
to connect the
support bracket K
onto
board F
, then flip the cabinet to stand it up.
