two of the phase conductors. The motor cable’s shielding
must be connected to the motor housing over a large area
at the terminal board.
The interference radiated by the power draw can be con-
tained only when, in addition to the normal power con-
nection, also the controller housing is connected to the
grounding screw with a conductor no less than six mm
2
in cross section, whenever possible directly to ground po-
tential.

Achine
The machine is delivered adjusted with the
thread pitch and drive configuraiton speci-
fied in the order. Keep the machine clean!

Loosen four screws, and remove the cover.
Loosen the screw (1). Loosen four screws, and remove
the washers (2). Change belt and belt pulley (3). Secure
the washers with two screws each (2).Press the tenioning
roller against the belt from the side and tighten down the
screw(4). Refit cover (5).
Overtensioning the belts can result in overloading
of shafts and bearings.
Always tension tensioning rolls against the un-
toothed part of the belt.

Loosen nine screws, and remove the covers (1). Loosen
all three tensioning rollers (2).
Loosen four screws, and remove bearing mount (1).
Change belt and belt pulleys (2). Refit bearing mount.
Tension all belts. Refit cover (3).
When changing pulleys and belts never complete-
ly unscrew the screws for fixing the three belt ten-
sioning rolls.
