Hoop & Tray Assembly – Attach to Cross Bars
(SKIP page 3 & 4 of Instructions)

NOTE: Make sure the buckles are facing the same direction
as the Cam Levers for the left and right wheel trays.
NOTE: Hoops must rest horizontally on Trays while turning the
Hex Keys. When hoop is raised the Hex Keys cannot be turned.
To turn the Hex Keys, rest Hoops horizontally
on Wheel Tray.
Tighten all Hex Keys.
