TROUBLESHOOTING
No power, unit does not
turn on, or power lights do
not light up.
1. Unit is not plugged into a
standard 120-volt outlet.
2. The m ain power button on the
control panel is not in the “O n”
position

Power is on but logs/em ber
bed do not glow.
There are loose or broken light
bulbs.
Rem ove back panel and m ake
certain there are no loose or
broken lights.
Logs/em ber bed glows but
flam e effect does work.
1. The spinner rod is not correctly
attached to the spinner m otor and
rotating properly.
2. The spinner m otor is not on
and functioning correctly.

spinner m otor and is rotating
properly.
2. Rem ove the back panel
and verify the spinner m otor is
on and functioning.
Logs/Em ber bed glows and
flam e effect works, but
heater does not blow warm
air.
The heat button has not been
pressed on either the rem ote
control or the control panel.
Verify the heat button has
been pressed on either the
rem ote control or the control
panel.
If the heat button has been
pressed and the heater still
does not blow warm air, turn
the unit off and unplug the
fireplace from the power outlet
for 10 m inutes. After 10
m inutes, plug the unit back
into the power outlet and
operate as norm al.
