Insert square pin (Pos.2) into the inner lock housing (Pos.1).

Insert inner lock housing (Pos.1) on the inside of the door.

Insert outer lock housing (Pos.3) over the square pin (Pos.2).

Put outer lock housing (Pos.3) on the outside of the door.

Insert washer (Pos.4) with cylinder head bolt M6 (Pos.5) through inner lock housing (Pos.1) and screw with outer lock (Pos.3).

Position the strike (Pos.8) with the adjusting plate (Pos.7) using the inner lock housing (Pos.1), taking into account the dimensional
sketch (page 3).

Secure with four M5 cylinder head bolts. (To adjust the door contact pressure, adjust the strike (Pos.8) in the horizontal if necessary)

Insert the plug (Pos.6) into the screw holes of the inner lock housing (Pos.1).
ASSEMBLY
SAFETY NOTICE
For safety reasons a second person must be on the outside of the door when testing the emergency
escape function with the door installed.
