SM 600XLR 

High quality microphone specially designed with three special operational modes for perfect speech and 

vocal reproduction.   

Safety Information

•    Protect the microphone from moisture, liquids, fire and sudden impacts. Exposing it to such elements 

      could damage the microphone.

•    Do not blow into the microphone to test/check the same. It is advisable to carry out a speech trial.

•    When using wired microphones always ensure that the microphone cable is laid so that it does not 

      present a hazard.

Features 

•    3 operational modes for quick sound variation. 

      

1)   Low Cut: Use this mode for a quick Low roll-off. This 

      mode reduces unwanted low frequencies &  enhances mids.

2)   Flat:  This mode simply bypasses all kind of attenuation. 

      Use this mode for a fuller more natural tone. 

3)   -7dB: This mode reduces the sensitivity of the microphone. Use this mode to reduce 

      ‘Proximity Effect’ & unpleasant ‘Pops’.

            

•    Extra wide frequency response (30Hz~16KHz) designed to suit every 

      professional vocal applications.

•    Dynamic super- cardioid pickup pattern minimizes off-axis pick-up, reduced 

      feedback and higher system gain. 

•    Suspended cartridge shock-mount system, to minimize handling noise. 

•    Low-failure magnetic on-off switch. 

•    Rugged body and dent-proof steel grill that withstands, physical shocks. 

•    Comes with a 6.5M flexible XLR-Jack cable, leatherette bag, mic holder & plastic case.

Connection

The SM600XLR is supplied with a 3-pin XLR Plug to connect to any microphone input (on a professional 

mixer, amplifier, processor etc).

Maintenance

For cleaning the microphone body and basket use a soft, damp cloth. If necessary use a mild cleansing 

agent. No solvent agents should be used. Take care not to allow any water into the microphone.
