
Decommissioning
Final De-commissioning, Disposal
Final de-commissioning or disposal of the
Cylinder Trolley must be performed in accordance
with the regulations of the country of use, meeting
the countries regulations for disposal of hazardous
materials. In particular, regulations governing the
disposal of batteries, fuels and electronic and
electrical systems must be observed.
Maintenance
Any maintenance needs to be carried out by a
competent individual. The unit is designed to be
maintenance free.
Before use inspect unit for damage.
For cleaning it is recommended that if any
degreasing agents or high – pressure cleaners
are to be used then they should be used with
great caution as to avoid the degreasing of
any mechanical components.

Then pull back on the cylinder and trolley using your foot on the axle to pivot the trolley and
cylinder until the trolley is resting on its four wheels. Fig 3.

The chain can then be hooked around the cylinder. The cylinder is now ready for transport. Fig 4.
Placing the Cylinder Back on the Floor
Remove the chain and whilst holding the top of the cylinder with one hand tip the Cylinder
Trolley to a vertical position.
Tip the cylinder forward to a sufficient angle that the footplate of the Cylinder trolley can be
removed from the base of the cylinder.
Important:
Always remove the cylinder from the operating side of the Cylinder Trolley. See Fig 4.
