Maintenance
1. Load the weight slowly and evenly on the platform of the scale. Avoid large or sudden impacts
which could cause sensor damage.
2. Keep the scale clean to ensure normal operation.
3. Remove the batteries if the scale will be left unused for an extended period of time.
Troubleshooting
1. No display:
1) Replace the batteries (if used for power supply).
2) Check and make sure the power cord, plug, and socket are in good condition.
2. Displays
‘Error’:
1) Check for possible weight overload.
2) Check for sensor cable and connection failures.
3) Check for sensor damage.
4) Check and make sure the amplifier (OP07DP) is working normally.
5) Check if the capacitance (C3 or C7) has been damaged.
3. Irregular weighing deviation:
1) Make sure the scale platform is level.
2) Check if something is loaded on the sensor beneath the platform pan.
3) Remove the platform pan and adjust (6) the adjustable foot for the sensor under the upper
frame to ensure there is a 0.4mm clearance between the top of the screws and the frame.
