• It is important to check wheelbolt/wheel nut compatibility prior to
fitting
• Both wheelbolts/wheelnuts must be fittedto allow for wheel
balancing
• Standard wheelbolts are supplied but can be changed for
alternatives F.O.C by contacting the sales office 0121 270 4301
• This product is supplied with three keys. Separate and keep a key
in a designated place of safety
• Record your key number here

Fitting Instructions

Remove two existing wheel bolts, which are
diagonally apposed on the wheel. Please note
if fitting to a 5-bolt wheel, remove one bolt,
moving around the wheel leave the next one
in position and then remove the next bolt.

Insert the key into the lock, rotate the key
clockwise and pull the lock from the lock
holder. Some resistance will be experienced
due to the security design. Removal of the
lock enables the rear arm to be opened for
fitment. Using an approach angle as shown,
align the top tube with the wheel bolt and
push into position.

Push the clamp towards the wheel enabling
the rear arm to close into the rear of the wheel
rim. When fully closed allow the wheel clamp
to drop towards the ground (depending
on the tyre profile and the wheel position,
the wheel clamp may not always touch the
ground). In this position re-fit the lock by
inserting and turning in an anti-clockwise
direction, allowing the latch to click into place.

for which you will require your key number. Please note, the use of
unapproved copy keys will void your warranty.

After checking that they have the same thread
length, size and type as the special wheel
bolts (M12x1.5mm pitch) provided, replace
and tighten to the manufacturers
recommended torque settings. If your wheel
is fitted with nuts or bolts of a different size,
please contact our help line for advice.

If the wheel is fitted with a wheel trim this
must be modified to accept the wheel clamp
by drilling two 52mm holes in the trim at the
relevant special wheel bolt locations.

Re-fit the wheel trim. To fit the wheel clamp
to the wheel, the wheel must be orientated
with one of the special wheel bolts situated at
between 1 o’clock and 3 oclock as shown.
