- Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
- When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces
the risk of electric shock.
- If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD
reduces the risk of electric shock
3) PERSONAL SAFETY:
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are
tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious
personal injury.
- Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard
hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking
up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites
accidents.
- Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power
tool may result in personal injury.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used.
Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
4) POWER TOOL USE AND CARE:
- Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at
the rate for which it was designed.
- Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
- Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
- Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to
operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
- Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect
the power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to
control.
- Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions
and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5) SERVIS:
- Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of
the power tools is maintained.
REFLEKTOR SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read the entire instruction manual before use and leave it with the product to allow the operator to become familiar with it. If you
lend or sell the product to someone, please also include this instruction manual.
- The manufacturer is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the use of equipment that is not in accordance with this manual.
- Before using the light, familiarize yourself with all controls and components.
- Check all components are secure and check that any part of the light is not damaged, especially the front guard. Do not use the light
with damaged parts and have it repaired by an authorized workshop.
- Always use the light with an undamaged front guard to prevent damage to LEDs and exposure to moisture, water and dust.
- Handle the light with care. The device produces intense heat, leading to increased fire and explosion hazards.
- Do not operate the luminaire in hazardous areas.
- Avoid dust accumulation in the workplace. Dust can easily ignite.
- Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
- Do not look or point the light beam at other people or animals.
- Use original accessories and spare parts only.
- For safety reasons, do not cover the light during use, flow of ambient air must be ensured. Also, do not install or operate the lamp in a
tight, small area with insufficient volume and air flow.
- The distance of the light from the illuminated object should be at least 1 meter.
- The light has a non-replaceable light source that has a very long lifetime without mechanical damage and therefore does not normally
have to be removed.
- WARNING! Before carrying out any inspection or maintenance work, or during transport and storage, turn off and unplug the machine.
- Do not allow children to use the lamp. Improper handling of the device could inadvertently blind them or others.
USE AND INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION
- The light must be connected to a power supply only by qualified personnel. Installation must be carried out in accordance with
applicable standards, regulations and laws. All safety and warning instructions as well as the operating instructions must be followed.
- Before mounting, check that the light is not visibly damaged. Do not mount a damaged light.
- Before connecting to a power source, make sure that the value on the appliance's label matches the voltage in the socket.
- Make sure the light is in the off state.
- Remove the mounting bracket and use it as a template to mark the mounting holes.
- Mount the holder into place.
- Use approved sockets to connect the LED reflector to the electrical network, make sure it is connected correctly.
- Mount the mounting bracket back on the luminaire and adjust the inclination for optimal illumination before tightening the screws.
MOTION SENSOR SETTING
- The motion sensor is activated by infrared sources that enter the detection range, e.g. people, animals, etc.
- When the motion sensor is activated, the LED light will light up and shall be lit while the motion sensor senses movement within the
detection range or until the set time delay has elapsed.
Suggested hints:
- Do not mount the LED light too high. Ideally, the LED light is mounted between 1.8 and 2.3 meter in height.
- The detection range is affected by temperature, so it may be larger in winter than in summer.
- Do not mount the LED light near trees and shrubs. Their movement could lead to inadvertent switching on and off of the LED lamp.
- The motion sensor is more sensitive to side movements than front and back movements.
- The detection range can be set manually using the controller or by covering some parts of the lens.
Sensitivity setting:
- Motion sensor sensitivity can be adjusted to different ambient light levels:
•Setting the controller to the
☽
position means that the motion sensor will detect a light level movement of less than 50 lux.
•Setting the controller to the
☼
position means the motion sensor will detect daytime movement.
Detection distance setting:
- The detection distance can be adjusted by turning the controller.
- If you want to reduce the detection distance, turn the knob counterclockwise.
- If you want to increase the detection distance, turn the knob clockwise.
The minimum detection distance is 0.5m and a maximum of 10m.
Time delay setting:
- The time delay is activated as soon as the motion sensor has detected movement.
- Turn the regulator to set the LED light time.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- If you need to clean the light, first unplug it from the power source and let it cool down.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners and organic solvents to clean the surface of the light as this will damage it.
- All service works or installation of the light must be carried out only if the light is switched off and disconnected from the power
source.
- Replace the cover with a new one if the front lamp cover is damaged. For safety reasons, you cannot use the lamp with a damaged
front cover. If the user replaces the front glass, the manufacturer can no longer guarantee IP44 protection, as the manufacturer cannot
guarantee for the user's possible incorrect installation of the front cover. When replacing the cover, the same level of protection as
the original must be provided. The manufacturer's original seal must be used. When replacing glass, the seal must be completely
undamaged and must not be twisted. The glass must have the same thickness as the original glass. Failure to meet these requirements
will not provide sufficient protection.
