Safety Warnings
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn off. Any power
tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must
be repaired.
• Do not operate the tool if the SW Impact Wrench or the power cord
shows visible signs of damage.
• Only connect the tool to a correctly installed cigarette lighter adapter
with 12v power.
• Do not let the tool or power cord get wet. Never use the tool in the
rain. Water penetrating an electrical device increases the risk or
electrical shock.
• Do not use the tool in potentially explosive environments containing
combustible liquids, gases or dust. Electrical tools generate sparks
that can ignite the dust or vapors. Do not throw the tool into an
open fire or water.
• Do not overload the tool. Do not apply excessive pressure to the
SW Impact Wrench. If the screws cannot be moved and the wrench
freezes, stop operation. Either use a more powerful tool or continue
with a manual wrench. Do not attempt to continue to turn the screw
manually with the SW Impact Wrench.
• Do not operate the tool without a load at full speed for any length of
time.
Operation - Please Note: To prevent powering on the tool by
accident: ensure the switch is in the OFF position before
connecting to the power source, and picking up or carrying the tool.
1. Plug the 12 volt power adapter plug into the vehicle cigarette lighter
socket.
2. The LED light will turn on when the wrench is powered, indicating
the wrench is running and also functioning as a small work light.
3. Thread a screw/nut on by hand. Note: always thread a screw or nut
by hand to start it before tightening with the SW Impact Wrench.
4. Attach an appropriately sized socket wrench on the square retainer.
The 2 socket wrenches can be flipped to use 4 different diameters.
