4. Then, carefully place the top roof frame basket frame (1) upside down on the floor, with the 

threaded assembled metal spacer facing upwards.

5. With the base steel mesh tray (2), align the screws coming through metal spacers with the 

pre-drilled holes on the base tray. Then thread the screws through the pre-drilled holes. 
The ends of the screws should come through the other end of the base tray.

6. Affix the washers (10) and lock nuts (9) to the bottom of each of the M8 screws (7) on the 

base tray (2). You will need a spanner to secure into place (not included).

7. Once done, turn the frame rightside up.
8. Then get the metal plate (3) and align it onto the pre-drilled hold at front of the newly 

assembled frame (see Figure 2).

9. Once the plate (3) has been aligned with the pre-drilled holes, feed the M6 screws (8) 

through each of the holes, and then secure and fasten in place with the washer (10) 
and nut (9) using your spanner (not included). Figure 3 shows the roof tray being fully 
assembled.
