‘SLUG’ SEAT DIVIDER (RETROFIT ONLY)
‘Slug’ is a seat divider designed to minimise damage to battens from
skateboard use. ‘Slug’ may be ordered assembled with the SFA seat or
bench, or ordered separately to be installed on site. The box on the right
shows how to retrofit the seat divider.

HOW TO INSTALL
Use indicator groove to
mark out distance back
from front of batten
Drill Ø 12 blind hole.
Drill Ø 7 through hole.
PARTS REQUIRED:
• 6mm screws (button head)
• Thread adhesive equal to Loctite 271
• Flat washers where appropriate
Note: SFA recommends security screws, equal to
Post Hexagon Socket Buttonhead Machine screws,
metric thread
TOOLS REQUIRED:
• Hand drill
• Drill bits (12dia and 7dia)
• Drill bit stop
• Suitable screwdriver
For extra strength, add a drop of
adhesive (ie Loctite 271) to thread
of slug. Insert screw.
