Final Steps
After you replace the fabric switch, you may need to perform the following procedures:

If you need to log in to the fabric switch (for example, to check and set up a
customer’s IP address), use one of the methods described in
“Logging In to the
Fabric Switch” on page A-21 .

If you change the fabric switch’s IP addresses, you must stop and restart the
storage_monitor
daemon with the
start_monitor
command macro. See
“Stopping and Restarting the
storage_monitor
Daemon” on page A-22 .
Logging In to the Fabric Switch
Log in to the fabric switch using one of the following methods.
To log in to the fabric switch from a PC
1. From a PC, open a Web browser. In the browser’s Address field, enter the default
IP address of the fabric switch:
Controller A:
http://10.10.1.18
Controller B:
http://10.10.1.19
2. Log in to the fabric switch using default values:
Default login name:
admin
Default password:
password
