For full size frames use the longer slats on the seat deck.  Queen size frames use the same size slats 

for both decks.

Completed seat deck

Put a 30mm bolt through the counter-sunk holes at the 

end of each slat and then into the pre-drilled holes on the 

seat deck support boards.  Repeat this for all of the slats 

and tighten all bolts securely.  

You can use a power driver with the clutch set on low to 

snug up the bolts after you hand start them.  Finish 

tightening them by hand only.
