Release Codes.
The PC/AT release code for each key is the Scan Code preceded by H’F0.
Example: Q – H’F0’, H’15.
Exception: Keys with Scan Codes starting with H’E0, the release code sequence
(for example LEFT ARROW) is as follows: H’E0’, H’F0’,H’6B.
