Use one hand to hold the straps
together in front of your chest. Keeping
one strap taut and close to your head,
move it to the opposite shoulder.
IMPORTANT! The hand holding the strap
supports baby’s weight
while you shift
her round
on the other side, against
your body
to the front. One hand reaches
diagonally across your child’s back, hold-
ing her safe. Use the hand which is now
freed up to pull down the strap from your
shoulder, then reach inside the carrier and
hold your child. Now, your other hand is
free to take the second strap from your
shoulder. Put your child somewhere safe
before taking off the carrier.
