Disconnect the battery in the product, if it is not used for
a long time.
Troubleshooting
My product is not working. No lights are showing on the
label and there is no heating, when I push the power button.
Check if the battery isn’t damaged.
1. Check that the battery is connected.
2.
Disconnect and reconnect the battery to the inner
cushion.
3. The battery could be empty. Charge the battery
according to the instructions above.
My product will not charge anymore.
1. Try another USB wall charger to check if the USB wall
charger is working properly.
2. Visually inspect the charging cable for any damage.
Replace the charging cable, if it is damaged.
My battery is properly attached and charged. However my
product is still not working: no lights, no heat.
To find out if there is a malfunction in the battery or in
the heating element, follow the next steps:
1. Disconnect the battery from the inner cushion.
2.
Connect the charging cable to the charging connector
on the backside of the Stoov® Smartlabel.
3. Push the power button to turn on the heating to
check if the product heats up without the battery
attached.
If the inner cushion heats up, we suspect there is a
malfunction in the battery. Contact Stoov® or an official
distributor to get the battery replaced under warranty
within the first year of purchase date. Replacement bat
-
teries can be ordered on stoov.com or through an official
Stoov® distributor.
My product shows heating indicator lights, but there is no
heating.
1. Push the power button for 8 seconds.
2.
Connect the charging cable to the charging
connector on the backside of the Stoov® Smartlabel.
3. Push the power button to turn on the heating on the
highest heating level.
If there is still no heating after 5 minutes, we suspect
there is a malfunction in the inner heating cushion. Con-
tact Stoov® or an official distributor for a repair or
replacement under warranty within two years of the
purchase date.
