Unpair Device
For Android phones, the device can be disconnected from
your mobile phone by simply tapping on Disconnect the
device. For iPhone after tapping disconnect you need to tap
on the symbol on the right in Settings -> Bluetooth and
choose to ignore the device. As shown below:

Regarding the disconnection of Samsung phones: The Sam-
sung phones have a battery saver feature which automati-
cally closes some applications. So, Samsung phone users
need to turn on the Evolve Active permission at the battery
protection to allow Evolve Active to run in the background.

If you find that your smartwatch keeps disconnecting from
your phone, please check the Evolve Active app appears on
"Deep sleeping apps" page, if so, just remove it.

About the Exercise Mode Settings
There are 7 exercise modes to choose from. Choose your de-
sired exercise, the smartwatch will automatically detect
your exercise time, heart rate, calories, and other data in the
relevant exercise state.
The modes are Basketball, Football, Walking, Running, Bad-
minton, Cycling, and Rope skipping.

1. Why is there a difference between blood pressure values
and sphygmomanometer?
The difference in measurement values between smartwatch
and sphygmomanometer is caused by many factors. Firstly,
the sphygmomanometer measures the brachial artery, while
the smartwatch measures two main branches of the arteri-
ole. Normally speaking, the difference between the blood
pressure measurement values of aorta and that of arteriole
is 3-40; if you use the smartwatch and sphygmomanometer
to measure blood pressure at the same time, as the blood
flowing through the arteries is centrifugal, the band puts
pressure on the area below the middle of your elbow when
using a sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure, so
that the blood cannot flow smoothly to the lower branches
of the artery temporarily; in this case, vascular tension will
increase, thus leading to greater deviation of pressure meas-
urement values.

Smartwatch Function
After the smartwatch is successfully connected, you can
start recording and analyzing your exercise, sleep, heart rate,
blood pressure and blood oxygen status.

There are many dials to choose from, and you can also
customize your own dial with the custom wallpaper feature.
2. Step
When you are walking and as your arm swings,
the smartwatch will record the steps and
distance and calculate the calories burned.
3. Heart Rate
After 5 seconds on the heart rate page, the
smartwatch will start measuring your heart rate.
4. Sleep Data
When you wear the smartwatch while sleeping,
it will automatically detect and analyze your
sleep quality.
About the Dial
1. Watch Face Design selection
Open the app, click Device -> Dial settings, you can view and
download different watch faces.
2.Custom Wallpaper
Open the app, click Device -> Custom wallpaper, click
to upload a picture and use it as a watch face.
Hydration Reminder
Open the app > Drinking water reminder > Turn on drinking
water > Set intervals in which you wish to receive a hydration
reminder. After each elapsed period, the watch will prompt you
to keep hydrated
Medication reminder
Open the app > medication reminder
After setting, when the set time is up, the smartwatch will
remind you to take your medication.
Automatic Heart Rate Test
Open the app > more Settings > automatic heart rate test,
When the automatic heart rate test is turned on, the smart-
watch will measure your heart rate every hour and you can
view your heart rate graph in the app.
2. Can I use this in a hot bath?
No, hot water produces a lot of water vapor, which can
easily get into the smart watch compared to liquids. When
the temperature drops down, the vapor will condensate into
liquid droplets which will most likely cause a short circuit
and render the watch unusable.
3. Smartwatch not receiving notifications?
Android:
1. Please make sure your phone has allowed the app to run
automatically in the background.
2. Please ensure that your phone allows Evolve Active to
send you notifications. (Setting > Notifications & control
center > app notifications > Check if Evolve Active Is on)
IOS:
1. Please make sure your phone has open the background
app refresh (Setting > General > Background App Refresh >
Check if Evolve Active is on)
2. Please ensure that your phone allows Evolve Active to
send you notifications (Setting > Notifications > Evolve
Active > Allow Notification)

STK Evolve Gen 1 is covered by a 24 months (2 year) warran-
ty against defects in the materials and workmanship under
normal use.
If a hardware defect occurs within the period of 24 months,
STK will either replace defective part or provide a replace-
ment product, proof of purchase is required for this process.
