Setup and Usage instructions:
Step 1.
Please connect the AC adaptor plug to the far end of the 5-unit charger
piece, ensure the power supply box is assembled and then proceed to
plug the mains plug to your electrical outlet socket.
Once power is received by the unit, the LED status lights should be
illuminated steady green, indicating that each individual slot is ready to
charge a device.
Step 2.
To charge you device(s) please place each Linea Pro 5 device with
protective case firmly inside each free charging slot. When the pogo pin
connection is made, the LED status will change to solid red. When each
device is fully charged the LED status indicator will change to a Blinking
Green.
Troubleshooting steps:
If a charging slot is not charging your device(s)
successfully, please firstly unplug the unit for the
mains power and proceed to ensure that there is
no dirt or debris obstructing the pogo pins inside
the affected charging slot.
If only one of your Linea Pro 5 Devices is not
charging properly with the 5-unit charger, please
ensure that there is no dirt or debris obstructing
the 2 gold plated circular charging contacts,
located on the bottom of your Linea Pro 5 device.
If contact cleaning is necessary, please firstly
remove the device from the protective case and
proceed to clean each individual charging contact
plate with a cotton bud dipped in a small amount
of Isopropyl Alcohol (99%+) before retrying.
Warranty
Stimare provides a one-year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover any
product which has been subject to improper use, neglect or unauthorized repair or
installation. This warranty does not cover consumable parts. (Cables & batteries are
consumables.) Returns for service can be requested on:

Steady Green: Charge Port is ready to a receive device for charging
Steady Red: Charging is in Progress
Blinking Green: * * Charging is complete and device battery is fully charged
