Fasten through EP into DJ using 3 x 100BS per join (75N on Rebated Floor)
Fasten through EP into SJ using 2 x 100BS per join (75N on Rebated Floor)
Fasten FN’s in positions shown below using 65HHS
Fasten floor frames together using 6 x 65HHS
HEAVY DUTY FLOOR KIT
The 16X8 Heavy Duty floor frame comes in two parts. Install one floor frame in desired position at desired
height, and ensure fully supported in all 4 corners. Butt second floor frame and attach to installed frame using
6 x 65HHS evenly spaced along EP. Ensure other end is level and supported.
Heavy duty floor can be installed on unlevelled ground
–
use supplied logs to level your floor by digging them
into the ground- see support positions in pic above
–
attach logs to floor using 4 x 100BS per support.
