Block protection
HOT
Overheat protection
The desk has entered the overheat protection after operating for a long time. Wait
for "HOT" to disappear and a number to show on the screen, then the desk will

Motor fault protection
Power off the desk. Remove desktop for easy access to cables. One by one unplug
is each cable then reconnect ensuring all are connected in correct location based on
the Assembly Instructions. Turn power on and follow the Initial Setup process.

Overload protection
The desk has more weight than the intended weight capacity. Remove objects from
the desktop to ensure the desk is not overloaded with weight then power the desk
and on again or follow the Stroke Reset Process.

Undervoltage protection
Power the desk off and make sure the voltage between 110 to then power on

Out-of-step protection
Check and ensure the motors of each leg are at an identical height and their
connection to the controller is correct as per the Assembly Instructions, then power
the desk off and on again. Press down button,"E60" shown on the screen, then
function normally.

1. Please check if the desk is tilted, if tilted please make sure it is adjusted to flat
surface then press up or down button for height adjustment.
2. Message "E16" will flash on the screen for 5 to 10 seconds if the desk has been hit
by an object during operating. Please ensure you remove the object away from the
desk then press up or down button to adjust your desk height.
3. If error message "E16" continuous to flash, please unplug the desk and wait for
at least 1 minute before you plug it back in. will also need to check and ensure
all cables are connected properly follow by the assembly instructions. Once you have
done the check, plug the desk back into the powerpoint and start the Initial Setup
process by press down arrow for 5 seconds until it shows "rES", the desk will
automatically move down to the lowest position and rebound back up.
