21 Inspection and Maintenance
► Clean the blade shaft (2) and the mounting on the carrier
plate (1) with a brush or a slightly dampened cloth.
► Push the carrier plate onto the blade shaft.
NOTICE
Never use a hose or pressure washer to clean the robotic
mower, or otherwise spray it with water or other liquids.
Doing so could lead to permanent damage.
21.4.2 Removing the Carrier Plate
WARNING
To reduce the risk of laceration injuries, always wear heavy-
duty work gloves when mounting or otherwise handling the
carrier plate,
To remove the carrier plate:
► Tilt the robotic mower onto its side and lean it securely
against a wall.
► Insert the carrier plate removal tool (1) into the openings
in the carrier plate (2) and turn it counterclockwise until it
stops.
► Support the robotic mower with one hand and remove the
carrier plate by pulling the removal tool.
