Clean plastic parts with a
cloth. Harsh detergents can
damage the plastic.
Clean ventilation slots in
motor housing as needed.
The machine must be
serviced regularly. Do not
attempt any maintenance or
repair work not described in
the Instruction Manual. All
other work should be carried
out by a servicing dealer.
STIHL recommends the use
of genuine STIHL spare parts.
Such parts have been
optimized for the machine and
the user's requirements.
STIHL recommends that
maintenance and repair work
be carried out only by
authorized STIHL dealers.
STIHL dealers receive regular
training and are supplied with
technical information.
The following accessory parts must be
fitted before using the machine for the
first time.
Holder for spray attachment

Slide the upper holder into the
mount on the handle and fasten it
with the screw
N
Slide the lower holder into the
mount on the housing – until it
engages
Crank for hose reel
N
Fit knob (1) onto crank (2).

Engage crank (2) into the hose reel
support (3)
Connector on water inlet
N
Attach the connector (1) to the
water inlet (2) and tighten it by hand
Holder for flat hose cassette
A flat hose cassette is available as
special accessory.
The holders for the flat hose cassette
are included and can be installed as
needed.
