Troubleshooting
Before starting any work on the machine, switch off the engine, turn off the water supply and actuate the spray gun until the pres
-
sure has been relieved.
Fault

No or not enough water exits at the
high-pressure nozzle
Pressure drops or fluctuates
Water hose kinked
Remove the kink
High-pressure hose kinked
Replace the high-pressure hose
Insufficient water
Open water tap completely
Check diameter and length of intake hose
Motor speed too low
Run the engine at full throttle
Have the engine checked by a servicing
dealer

Water intake screen at inlet of high-pressure
pump is clogged
Clean the water intake screen; see
"Maintenance"
Air in system
Vent system by actuating the spray gun
several times at short intervals
High-pressure pump draws air
Check all connections in the water flow,
seal is necessary
High-pressure nozzle clogged / worn
Clean the high-pressure nozzle; see
"Maintenance"
Replace the high pressure nozzle
Valves of the high-pressure pump are worn
Have the high-pressure pump repaired by a
servicing dealer
